Legalities
You agree that you are the age of 18 or
older. PaidForClix.com is open to US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. Due to recent hacking attempts some entire countries have been banned from PaidForClix.com and more will likely be added. If your country becomes banned you can thank your criminal countrymen for blocking your access to this site. If you have commissions due you can mail PaidForClix.com and request your commissions.
Commissions
You agree to receive any earned commissions
through AlertPay Only. If you can't get an Alertpay account for any reason, you can NOT receive cash commissions. You may convert your cash earnings to points to be used for advertising at PaidForClix.com
Account Abuse
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing account. PaidForClix.com is limited to one account per household.
You will use your username / password combination to access your account and it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You may change your password by logging into your account and following the "Edit My Details" link. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your PaidForClix.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Any unauthorized access to your account should be reported immediately.
Should PaidForClix.com detect any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal in the sole discretion of PaidForClix.com, these actions may result in member termination and possible legal action as well as forfeiture of any earned commissions not yet disbursed to you from PaidForClix.com.
Emails
By joining PaidForClix.com YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE EMAIL FROM admin(at)paidforclix.com.
We will keep admin emails to a minimum. Please add this email address to your address book and mark all emails from admin(at)paidforclix.com as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get website updates, commissions info etc. You also agree to receive emails once every 7 days from your sponsor from the referral mailer. Many sposors don't use this option but you still must agree to accept them. Your sponsor will not know your email address the system will send it for them.
Advertisements
Advertisements submitted for consideration to PaidForClix.com will first be approved by our staff before being activated. PaidForClix.com does not accept advertisements that discriminate or intend to discriminate on any illegal basis, or are otherwise illegal. Ads containing nudity, adult language or sexual content, drugs and drug paraphernalia, malicious script or code, excessive pop-ups, or viruses are prohibited. Advertising that promotes violence is not accepted. Advertising is not permitted for the promotion of online casinos and gambling activities. Advertising is not permitted for hacking or cracking and tools that aid in copywrite infringement. No site (url) that is approved shall materially be changed after approval such that the content of the site after the original approval is thereafter in violation of the terms of PaidForClix.com. Any adult content (sexually themed material) shall be prohibited. In summary, and without being exhaustive, no sites promoting the follow shall be submitted to PaidForClix.com:

You agree that any ad posts that
displays and/or connects with malware, porn, gambling, warez, or
other inappropriate sites will be DELETED and that your account will
be deleted without refund.
You agree that no ad posts will
promote any form of illegal activity. You agree that all ad posts
will be fully compliant with federal and state laws.
You agree to no racist or hateful
ads.
You agree to only have links in ad
posts that point to other html web pages. You agree to have no links
to e-books, downloads, zip files, mp3�s etc.
You agree to only use URLs that do not break frames.
You agree not to include profanity
in your ad posts.
You agree that any form of
misleading readers will not be tolerated.
No Autoresponders Boxbe Verifications or Bounced Emails are allowed
If your email address bounces or sends back PaidForClix.com a message with an autoresponder or Boxbe verification (Add our email to your white list prior to joining), you risk having
your account deleted. Once your account is deleted you will have to contact PaidForClix to upgrade you back to Gold if you were a Gold member. You will be required to show proof of your Upgrade to Gold by supplying your AlertPay transaction ID#. All referrals, points and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is deleted.
Liability PaidForClix.com is a promotional marketing tool
used to help members promote all of their offers on the Internet. PaidForClix.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to these terms or PaidForClix.com, even if PaidForClix.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, PaidForClix.com aggregate liability arising under these terms will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you. The provisions of this section survive termination or expiration of the terms. PaidForClix.com does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from and programs being offered, (including, without limitation, any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PaidForClix.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, members, successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses (including attorney's fees and costs) of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by us (collectively the "Losses").
PaidForClix.com may now, or from time to time, contain links to third-party web sites. We do not control, investigate, monitor or check such web sites, we are not responsible for the computer programs available from, content in or opinions expressed at such web sites, and we do not investigate, monitor or check. We provide such third-party links only as a convenience to visitors of the site, and the inclusion of a link does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked site by us. If you decide to leave the site and access any third-party web site, you do so at your own risk.
It is your responsibility to make sure your email
address for your AlertPay account is correct. Commission payments
made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your
responsibility. Should your account at AlertPay be locked or restricted for any
reason, that is also your responsibility. PaidForClix.com will not be
held liable.
Policies All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of
PaidForClix.com. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies
as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold
PaidForClix.com liable for any items or policies within this program.
Refunds The is a NO REFUND policy in place for yearly Gold memberships or yearly Platinum memberships. As soon as you upgrade commissions are due and payable to the person referring you. DO NOT upgrade if you are not absolutely sure that you intend to view advertisements over a one year period to make cash.
Refunds are available to advertisers only up until the first advertisement has been displayed to another member of PaidForClix.com. Advertisements eligible for refund must be purchased use Alertpay.com
SPAM PaidForClix.com has a
zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming
will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal
prosecution including up to $50,000 in fines. If you are to include
PaidForClix.com's name or URL in any email promotion, please only
email to your own "double-optin" subscribers. Safelists are
also allowed as well as downline mailing programs such as YourLuckyList.
The following are grounds for
termination of your account:
To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is
not on your own personal double-optin list. If this
does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for
PaidForClix.com in emails.To falsify user information provided to
PaidForClix.com or to other
users of the service in connection with PaidForClix.com, or any of it's
other sites.To use the PaidForClix.com name and URL via bought commercial
bulk email lists.
PaidForClix.com considers the above practices to
constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited
mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these
practices are prohibited by PaidForClix.com terms and conditions of
service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in
termination of the offender's account.
In addition, we have the right, where feasible, to
implement technical mechanisms which block multiple postings as described
above before they are forwarded.
Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed
to limit PaidForClix.com actions or remedies in any way with respect to
any of the foregoing activities.
PaidForClix.com reserves the right to take any
and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such
activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs
and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.
In addition, PaidForClix.com reserves at all
times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such
activities at law or in equity.
We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to
blatantly violate these terms will be banned from the program
indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We
may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.
By becoming a Silver Member, Gold Member or a Platinum Member of
PaidForClix.com, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
